Why we don't publish a price list

A single-court community venue in Davao running bookings and open play has different costs than a four-court rooftop facility in BGC running bookings, coaching, a pro shop, and a POS. A one-size pricing page either overcharges the small venue or undersells the large one.

The 15-minute demo exists to give you the right number on the first try. We ask about your courts, your peak hours, and which modules matter to you — and we quote from there.

What affects pricing

  • Number of courts (biggest factor).
  • Modules enabled: court booking, open play, queue, POS, online shop, coaching, inventory, vouchers, expense tracking.
  • Number of staff seats / role tiers.
  • Payment methods you want active (all four are available; using fewer doesn't lower price meaningfully).
  • Multi-venue consolidation (discounted per additional venue).
  • Custom onboarding work (player-list import, branding, etc.), quoted separately when needed.

How much does PlayServe cost?
PlayServe pricing scales with the number of courts you operate and which modules you enable (POS, online shop, coaching, etc.). A one-court venue running bookings + open play + queue pays less than a four-court facility running everything. Book a 15-minute demo and we'll give you an exact number for your venue.
Is there a setup fee?
Most venues have no setup fee. If your migration requires custom work (large player-list import, multi-venue consolidation, white-label branding), we quote that separately.
Are transaction fees included in the price?
No. Transaction fees are charged by your payment processor (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, card gateway) and flow through to you directly. PlayServe doesn't add a surcharge on top.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self-service trial. Instead, we run a free 15-minute demo on your actual use case — if PlayServe fits, we set up your first two weeks with full onboarding before any commitment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no lock-in, cancel through your account. Your data export is available on request.
Do you offer a discount for multi-venue operators?
Yes. Operators running multiple venues under one brand get a multi-venue discount, scoped per added venue. Discuss during the demo.
