What is PlayServe?

PlayServe is an all-in-one court booking and venue management platform built for sports facilities. It helps venues manage bookings, payments, open play sessions, and more — while giving players a seamless way to discover and reserve courts.

How do I get started?

Simply download the PlayServe app or visit a venue that uses PlayServe. Create an account, browse available courts, and book your first session in minutes.

What sports does PlayServe support?

PlayServe supports a wide range of racquet and court sports including badminton, tennis, pickleball, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, and more. Any sport that uses a bookable court or facility can work with PlayServe.

Booking & Payments

How do I book a court?

Open the PlayServe app, select your preferred venue, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods vary by venue. Most venues accept cash payments on-site, and many also support online payments through the PlayServe platform including GCash and other popular payment options.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each venue. Check the venue's booking terms before confirming. If you need to make changes, contact the venue directly or manage your booking through the app.

How do refunds work?

Refund policies depend on the venue and how far in advance you cancel. Please review the venue's cancellation policy or contact them directly for refund requests.

Account & Data

How do I update my account information?

You can update your profile details — including your name, email, and phone number — directly in the PlayServe app under your account settings.

How do I request account deletion?

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to info@playserve.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

How is my personal data protected?
